It was a quick turnaround during a busy time. Got a sample beer at the bar and a drink, was seated before it was gone.

WAITED AN HOUR JUST TO RECEIVE A OVER COOKED DRY STEAK AND 2 PLAIN DRY POTATOES THAT WERE SUPPOSE TO BE LOADED POTATOES THE ONLY SATISFYING THING ABOUT THIS 25 DOLLAR DINNER WAS THE SALAD AND THE STEAK SAUCE! 👎👎👎

Servers were very friendly but in arriving at 9 some of the menu steaks were sold out. But what we did order was served fast. a filet that we ordered was pretty good but not really flame grilled flavour. I have higher hopes and will likely give it another try.

It was 730pm, they did not have any prime rib nor soup i ordered they ran out.. which is ok no big deal i ordered the longhorn porterhouse.. it took an hour to get out and it came out completely burnt. It tasted like rubber covered in charcoal. By then the restaurant was closing so there was no point in returning it. The chicken bites were stuck together when fried so there was raw batter in between the chicken. Also there was loud music and people swearing left to right in the kitchen the whole time I was there.. not relaxing at all. More like a night club in the ghetto. I've had LongHorn at other locations and never had an issue. This one really surprised me with the low class.

Longest restaurant experience ever. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food and the waitress seriously didn't come over once to tell us why it was taking so long. I wanted to ask for my $120 back. 🙄

I usually sit at the bar and have dinner because the hostess always seems to be helping someone else. I've eaten at several Longhorn steakhouses and they are pretty good at giving you a perfect steak but I've found at this location, I've had to send back a few, most notably, a prime rib which I couldn't cut through do to all the unbroken down connective tissue and, a few bone in Ribeyes that weren't cook how I ordered them. I'd say, 75% of the time, you'll have a great dinning experience.

We've come to this restaurant numerous times because we love their food. I'd have to say that last night was probably our best experience yet. Our waitress was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our meals were cooked to perfection. We didn't have to wait a long time to be seated and to get our food.

Visited October 8, 2018. Not a great visit. Or server was very distant towards us, maybe because we had kids? But the table next to us he was extremely friendly to. I ordered a 7oz fish and he rang in the bigger one which would explain why I couldn't finish the very bland meal. My boyfriend had a steak that he wanted done medium but got well done. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer but didn't get them till after our meal, and even those were bad. All we were eating was the breading and basically no pickle. The food looked good just didn't taste good.

Food was great! Rice pilaf and the asparagus was fantastically seasoned my steak was great to. I will def go back again😍

Good eats, but if I didn't have a gift card I would rather go to Texas Roadhouse

Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say as everything was exceptionally amazing! Started with bread which was nice and warm. Ordered their wings which were seasoned so well. Definitely recommend! For my meal I ordered the parmesan chicken with a sweet potato on the side (which had cinnamon in it by the way - so so good). My boyfriend ordered the rib eye steak with a side of brussel sprouts (again to die for). The service was top notch and the place was very clean. The manager made sure to speak to us about our visit, which doesn't happen as often. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. Will definitely return.

I know it’s a pandemic but waiting 3 hours in the parking lot of Mother’s Day was horrible. My husband called at noon for a pickup at 4:20. He was there 3 hours. There were people going in to pick up food and the police came and kicked them out. People without masks in parking lot. We got 3 filet mignon dinners. A similar thing happened to my brother at Olive Garden at transit but they gave him his dinners for free because he waited so long. Longhorn finally stopped taking orders after all this. I think corporate dropped the ball. Discount for the wait maybe or free. And when it was getting out of hand stop taking orders sooner. Corporate greed because they weren’t making as much during pandemic? I don’t know. The dinner when we finally did get it was good though.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the food and service was here. I've been to other Long Horn locations and this one had some of the best ribs I've had in sometime. It also has an awesome value for how much food you get for the price.

Good food. Good value. Ordering at 2:55 PM, we were able to order off lunch menu.

The seasoning on the steak was overpowering and didn't enjoy the meal. Waiter seemed like we we're disturbing him and he had better things to do. My wife and i were being treated to an anniversary celebration by her parents and i feel they wasted there money

So we placed a pick up order for 4pm after the manager Kevin calling the police because of the line being too long I tried to call for my order 65 phone calls later they answered and said they would bring it out 5:30 I still did not have my food talked to the manager Kevin again and he hung up on me instead of giving me a time that my food would be ready at 6pm 2 hours after my pickup time I still did not have my food and I left after wasting 2 hours of my time and still having to figure out what to do for Mother’s Day. Thank you longhorn for a wonderful Mother’s Day

Nothing seems to beat Longhorn. Hostesses prompt and respectful. Bread fresh and warm. Food always very good quality, and if there is an issue, even a small one it is addressed promptly. Military Rd is our favorite location, but none of them disappoint.

Staff was friendly but not to good when we pointed out that the silverware and appetizer plates were dirty and we want new ones. My prime rib was more medium well than the medium rare I asked for and it was served to me at room temperature. Sadly have to give this nice looking place 1 star, the only positve is based on a nice atmosphere.

Went here for just a chocolate cake for my boo. She loved it. service was quick and friendly

I first encountered this beautiful restaurant in Tampa. I was in awe by the interior of the restaurant. The service is second to none. The food is just fabulous. And the restrooms are always clean. Very spacious inside booths and tables with an extended Long Bar. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms. Yummy. Of course I will return, top marks

To be honest, we caught them at shift change from lunch to dinner, so wait was a little longer but certainly not terrible. Never had bad steak at Longhorn. Waitress took dinner coupon instead of one we offered which was lunch, saved us two bucks. Again, never had bad steak

Great food wonderful service

Absolutely amazing! The steak was perfectly cooked and super tender, cut like butter and tasted like heaven! One thing I am particular about is broccoli, most places tend to serve a rubbery sad excuse of a vegetable, but the broccoli here was absolutely cooked to perfection, so soft and all greatly cut pieces. I absolutely recommend coming here for a steak dinner over any other restaurant within the area. 100% Alana our server was also a pleasure, so helpful and caring. If possible get seated in her area!

This is a very nice establishment... The food is excellent.. Great service.. I also appreciate the variety of food for a steakhouse.. My steak was well done & so very very tender, sides & appetizers are excellent in taste & portion sizes.. If you want steak made your way... Look no further.. This is the place to come.. By the way, this was my first visit..

Kevin was so unprofessional how can your hang up on customers. After waiting hours for our dinner it never came then being hung up when calling by the manager for a 4pm pick up and not leaving the parking lot until 6pm without our food I couldn’t wait any longer never again happy mother’s day

We usually get a great meal at this particular restaurant... today left a lot to be desired. Our waitress , while busy, forgot our bread, didn't take our orders right away, then when we got our meals everything was wrong. They did make amends by making another steak. But who can eat 2 steaks at one sitting.... so, they did let me take it home. It all ended well

As far as chain restaurants go the best steaks around. They know how to cook it to the level you request, not the guessing game of will it be right like lots of places. Decent prices, friendly staff. The only thing I'd ding them on is a small beer list.

This was a 1st visit but I will be back.The prime rib sandwich was delicious! Only complaint (and not really a big deal) was the fries with my dish were so salty. Overall though, it's better than a lot of the chain places, in service and in the food

I really appreciate them being open to provide food during this difficult time, I get it's crazy & busy. But I have to draw the line somewhere...Placed an order for curb-side pick up. Ordered at 230 for 530 pick up.. no one answered the phone, had to go stand inside for 30+ minutes after 530 to wait for my food. The steak was horribly cooked. Asked for rare, it was cooked well done. We asked for 2 orders of fries for the side...we got a baked potato. The order of chicken tenders with ranch- no ranch with order- had a side of fries- got those. They were soggy and under cooked. I skimmed the bag before I left, it looked reasonable until we unpacked it all at home. 46$ down the drain, too bad.

My dinner was a bad cut rib eye, & not cooked like I asked. I didn't eat it, & was credited for my dinner, liked the customer service, my honey's prime rib was perfect

Never again after waiting for hours past my pick up time I didn’t get my food then when the manager Kevin answer the phone he said it would be another 15 minuets still didn’t get it then called back and he hung up on me never got my food and what a waste of time. Not professional at all don’t promise a time if you can’t keep it. Thank you for making my mother’s day dinner one to remember

Very unprofessional Received my order missing food and instead of giving me my food that I paid for the employees decided to argue with me instead. Would NOT recommend for anybody. Food was decent after ten minutes of arguing. The receptionist was also on the phone correcting orders that they got wrong Very unorganized and unprofessional Would rate zero stars if I could.

We had a wonderful meal here! Our salads came out after our entrees, but it was quickly noticed by the wait staff and the management. We were offered free dessert and many sincere apologies. None needed, and the food and service were top notch. Thank you, LS!

Flo's filet ordered medium but received closer to med well, it still tasted good but no one even bothered to ask if it was cooked okay. Lobster was cooked perfect, very tender. Our waiter was very scarce during our visit. This was not our first visit here, usually the staff and food are exceptional. Hoping this was just an off day.
